There is not a living room, but a shared kitchen with a big oven, air fryer oven, coffee machine, rice cooker and other cookeries. You are free to use them with your own coffee capsules.

The location is very convenient to reach the city centre. The nearest bus station is in 3 minutes walk and bus 381 or C10 can take you to Canada Water Station in 5 minutes. (Jubilee Line + Overground)
If you walk to the station then it will take you 15-17 minutes.

Surrounding:
Within 5 minute's walk-Thames Path, Surrey Quays Farm, pubs, Russian Dock Woodland, and Greenland Pier.
Within 10 minute walk: Co-op and a gym.
Within 15 minute walk: Tesco Extra, Boots, Superdrug, Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, Sainsbury's Local, and a weekend market.
