Hi! I am looking to sublet my room in Scape Canada Water to a university student from 11th august 2023 to 7th September (4 weeks).
The accommodation is great, it’s got two common rooms, a library, basketball pitch, pool tables, outdoor common area, mini golf, gym and a cinema room! The kitchen is commonly shared with other girls- all lovely! The room is an en-suite with plenty of storage under the bed and cupboard.
I will not be able to transfer tenancy and so upfront payment for the entirety of your stay would be required + confirmation of study.
