Sunny house and garden

My 18 year old daughter, our 8 year old golden doodle dog and I are looking for two flatmates. We live in a large four bedroom sunny house near Rotherhithe and Canada Water tube station. Right beside the 381 or C10 bus routes and right next to the ferry across to Canary Wharf.
There is a shared lounge, dining and kitchen area, a toilet with a shower on the bottom floor and a toilet with a bath upstairs beside the bedrooms. We also have a large outside garden, with space to grow your vegetables, a fire pit, deck chairs and outdoor table.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished including towels, duvets etc. Both have a desk. The double room has a double bed and the single room has a single bed with a pull out spare single bed.
Internet, water, council tax and electricity is included.
We have a car parking spot and a shed to store bikes.
I work in the charitable sector and work from home. My daughter is in her final year of school and applying to veterinary college. We like to keep the place tidy and clean and cook healthy meals. We have had foster kids and refugees living with us in the past but my other daughter just moved out and I need an income to help pay for University for them both.
We are looking to share the house with mature, respectful, hard working people who share our values. We are New Zealanders who are bilingual English and French speakers. We have travelled a lot and like to meet new interesting people.
