Comfy Double Ensuite in a shared flat

Hi! I'm looking for somebody to take over my lease. The move-in date is flexible and can be within mid-July to Early September. Message me for more information!

My room:

It is an ensuite and is the master bedroom, so the biggest room in the flat. There's a king size bed with under bed storage. 5-door closet, so much storage. A window near my bed to let natural light come in. There's a bathtub in the toilet and a showerhead can be used too. There's also a mirror cabinet with plenty of storage inside the ensuite bathroom.

The flat:
There's a massive living room, coming with a dining table, an extra working desk, 2 other small glass tables. A couch. A cabinet for storage too. There's a balcony in the living room too, with racks for drying clothes, a cute wooden table and 2 chairs.

The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob. Plenty of storage in the kitchen (we never get to use all of them so the storage is more than enough!)

Utility bills:
The rent includes water bills!! You'll only need to pay the electricity bill and the internet bill, which is approximately £68.33 altogether per month per person. You shall pay your council tax, if applicable.

Location:
There is a bus stop right at the doorstep of the complex, very convenient to go to London Bridge area. The same bus goes to bermondsey station and borough station, Waterloo station, elephant and castle and all the way to Victoria station.

It''s just a 10-min walk to Rotherhithe overground station and a 15-min walk to Canada Water station for Jubilee line and overground. It's also convenient to go to central London by changing at Whitechapel from overground to other underground lines.

Facilities and service:
We got 24h concierge here and the porter will be taking good care of all of the parcels. There's an indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi for residents here too.

Stores nearby:
There's a co-op in a 5-min walk distance. A laundry shop, an Indian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant right opposite the complex.
