Subletting Room In Canada Water Over The Summer

Hello! I'm a second-year KCL student living in SCAPE accommodation in Canada Water. I am looking to sublet my spacious en-suite room to a STUDENT starting from the 20th June 2024 through to September 2024.
Rent is £315 per week (all bills included!)
The room itself has ample storage space, wifi, charging sockets, a desk and shelves and a large wardrobe. It also has an ensuite bathroom.
You'd be sharing a kitchen with 6 other clean and respectful university students and would have access to an oven, a microwave, sinks, hobs, fridges/freezers, a TV, a table, stools, and a sofa.
Other facilities in the accommodation include; two laundry rooms, a gym, numerous study spaces, common areas, a cinema room, and 24/7 security and reception.
Scape Canada Water is within walking distance of great facilities including a library, a shopping centre, a leisure centre, supermarkets and great transport links. The nearest station is Canada Water and it is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation.
