The room is the largest in the flat, with a double bed, one wardrobe, one chest of 3 drawers, two bedside tables and one desk. There is a huge balcony facing west, offering beautiful sunsets. Also, there is a private bathroom right outside the door, but the tenant will only share the shower/bathtub with one other person.

All bills are included in the £1,646 monthly rent, except for electricity and heating, which typically cost around £60 extra per month.

The contract is until the end of August with a possibility to be renewed.

The flat is well-equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The current flatmates are one female from the Netherlands and another one from the U. K.—both friendly, quiet, clean and respectful.

There is a cleaner which comes fortnightly to clean the communal areas of the flat.

The building has a concierge, gym, tennis court, table tennis court, and a private/communal garden. It’s also less than a 5-minute walk from Canada Water tube station and the Overground.
