Hello everyone,

we are looking for a short term, preferably male, housemate in his 30s for our super central and yet super quiet town-house share in Canada Water

The property was recently refurbished and is lovingly decorated with lots of plants and colourful mid-century style furniture.

I'm in my 30s, working in investment and development and I'm in the large double room. Due to my work, I'm travelling a lot and then I sublet my room on a short term basis to visiting researchers, young professionals, interns and the like (February and March 2026)

The 2nd room is medium size, has a nice double bed, a stylish desk and chair as well as a tall shelf and wardrobe (Available January to end of March)

The 3rd room is a bright double room, furnished with a double bed, a big bookshelf, a big drawer + matching bedside table and a large built-in wardrobe with an additional drawer inside as well as a desk. ( taken)

The house is only 5 min walk from Canada Water Station (through a beautiful park), 5 min walk from the River and 5 in walk from Rotherhithe Station. Sainsbury's is also only 5 min away and if you walk for a bit more, you hit Surrey Quays Shopping Center with a massive Tesco in no time at all.

Dream housemates would be friendly and tidy. We are preferably considering male housemates who don't WFH all week.
