We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home just a 5-minute walk from Canada Water station. The house is tucked away on a peaceful residential road but still right in the heart of London – a rare find.

Sadly, one of our friends is moving to much closer to her work, so we’re hoping to find someone friendly and easy-going to join us from March.

The House:
- Bright, modern, and spacious, with a large garden (plus a built-in BBQ – perfect for summer evenings).
- Renovated to a high standard (it used to be a family home before us).
- High-end German appliances, plenty of storage, and parking available in front of the house (currently not in use by us).
- Bills are super reasonable – around £120/month each.
- We have great cleaner for communal areas every few weeks.
- We rent directly from a great landlord who genuinely takes care of the property. I have personally rented here from him for the last 4 years and can vouch for the relationship we have with him.

The Room:
- Double bedroom on the second floor with juliet balcony
- Comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers.
- Your own bathroom right outside the room.
