Bills are not included in the rent (300£ - internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity, ...)

The house is 145 sq/meter, with two balcony, on three different floors.

We are a few minutes walk from the Thames and few stops from green park as we are next to the jubilee line in zone 1-2 (10 min walk or 5 min bus).

Green park is 35 min away door to door, London Bridge 15 min, Greenwich 30 min.

In our house, you will live with my partner and me, and our 5 year old dog, Nook.

I am looking for a female, student or professional, that is discreet, respectful, and who is okay to live with a very friendly dog.
Our house is in a quiet neighborhood, safe, and beautiful.
A few bars, coffee shops, a big Tesco, ... are just next door.

Your very cosy bedroom (almost 20 square meters) will be at the third and last floor, and your private bathroom, at the second.
Living room, kitchen and balcony are shared rooms.

I can accept another dog but mine is not okay with cats.
