Short term room for 2 weeks in new built

I’m subletting my room from 19 April to 5 May 2026 (dates are flexible) for £50 per night, all bills included. If you are looking for a place to stay in London during this period or if you know someone who is, please feel free to share this out !

It’s the largest room in a modern two-storey, three-bedroom flat with three bathrooms (one en-suite) and a shared kitchen. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a desk. It also has a huge west-facing balcony with beautiful sunset views.

You’ll have a private bathroom right outside the door, and will only share the shower/bathtub with one other person.

The flat is well equipped (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher), and the two current flatmates, a Dutch female and a U. K. female, are friendly, quiet, clean, and respectful.

The building includes a concierge, gym, tennis court, table tennis court, and a private/communal garden. It’s less than a 5-minute walk from Canada Water station (overnight Tube + Overground).
