Double bed ensuite in Canada Water

We’re currently looking for a housemate for our 4-bed house share in Surrey Quays.

The house is a lovely terrace near Greenland Dock — a genuinely beautiful spot for walks and a bit of breathing space. There are plenty of cafés and local shops nearby, and we’re only a 10-minute cycle or bus from Bermondsey with its bars, restaurants and coffee spots. London bridge and Greenwich are also a short ride away.

Transport-wise it’s ideal for anyone working in Canary Wharf, the City or Central London: Surrey Quays station links straight into the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, and Canada Water is a short (and scenic) walk.

The room

The room is a spacious en-suite double with plenty of space for a desk, so it works well if you WFH part of the week as well as commuting.

The housemates

You’d be living with 3 professionals (all 25–26).We’re a social household and enjoy doing things together — pub trips, meals out, F1 on Sundays, the occasional football match, plus film nights and shared dinners at home.

We all work in offices most of the time, but usually take a WFH day on either Monday or Friday, so the house is lively but not permanently full.
