Located on the Thames Pathway near Canada Water in Surrey Quays, this fully equipped, bright, modern, comfortable riverside flat is equipped with a large sunny balcony that offers stunning views in a peaceful and practical location. Great public transport links to all areas of London. The apartment is at Canada Water Station, which connects with the Jubilee line and London Overground and is a 15-minute walk away. Heating, Air Ventilator, Wifi, Cable TV, Water Filter from the mains and Water Softener included. A cleaner will come once a week, included in the rent.

The living room/kitchen area is sunny and faces the sunrise. All beds and mattresses are of high quality, making them extremely comfortable.

The Apartment is equipped with Optical Fibre Wireless Broadband, perfect for video streaming. It also counts with a separate Water Filter for drinking water, and a Water Softener for showers and sinks, removing minerals from the system (excellent for hair and skin!).
