Hi, I’m Rachael, and I’m looking for a flatmate for my 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom flat in Canada Water.
The flat is laid out with two semi self-contained sides, on either side of a large shared kitchen and living area, so there’s a good balance of privacy and shared space.
The available room is a large double bedroom, furnished with a king-sized bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a built-in double wardrobe. The whole flat has huge windows, so there’s lots of natural light in the mornings and early afternoons (when the sun deigns to appear). Next to your bedroom is your own large bathroom, with both a bath and shower.
The flat also has two front doors, one on each side, so it’ll be easy to come and go without disturbing each other.
The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) with plenty of storage, and there’s a separate utility cupboard with a washer/dryer. The living area is furnished with a mix of the furniture that came with the flat and my stuff (all of which you’d be very welcome to use), but I’m happy to rearrange things a bit if you’d like to make the space your own as well.
The flat has its own private patio, which also connects to the building’s roof garden, so there’s quite a bit of outside space for being on the 3rd floor.

I’m pretty easygoing and friendly, so it would be nice to find someone who’s also up for a chat, glass of wine, or the occasional shared dinner now and then. That said, I also value having my own space and downtime, and will be respectful of yours too. I work partly from home (it varies week to week), so someone calm and considerate, as well as relatively tidy, would be ideal.
