Double room in Canada Water

Great double room available in a 4 bedroom quiet and tidy house (not a party house) from 24th May ( flexible with moving in date).
We are 3 international professional females who are tidy, friendly people. We are looking for someone who is friendly, working full time (not from home), non smoker, willing to contribute to maintaining the house (cleaning responsibilities), who is tidy and respectful of others. Females preferable but males are also welcome to enquire.

This is a 4 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms (shared between 2 people on each floor), 1 kitchen, living room, split across three levels and little back garden.

The house located 5 min away by walk to Surrey Quays shopping centre (Tesco, Boots, Starbucks) and 9 min away by walk to Canada water tube station! There are also lots of places to eat.
The rent is £650, plus £90 pcm bills covering water, gas and electricity council tax and broadband paid by landlord.
