Huge living room

The Flat:
This modern two bedroom flat is located within a fantastic development boasting fabulous River views, a stunning reception room with large windows and a fully fitted kitchen. The entire flat has beautiful wooden floors and is fully furnished.

The building:
The building is very secure with cameras and pin number door entry at the main entrance. There is a huge storage space and a secure car park also available.

The Room:
The room for rent has a double bed, own modern ensuite, large built in robes also featuring large windows flooding the room with light.

Money:
The rental amount includes water.
Gas, electricity, and heating are paid separately and cost varies month to month
Extras: £80 for council tax, £18 for internet and £30 for a cleaner that comes every two weeks.

Location / Transport:
The apartment is about 7 minutes walk from Rotherhithe station and 12 minutes from Canada Water. There are also two buses right outside the flat that go directly to London Bridge, Surrey quays, Victoria and Waterloo. If you are going west (and are too lazy to walk to Canada Water like me) you can take one of these buses that will put you at Bermondsey station in 5 minutes. There is a great space to run along the waterfront just outside the front door and the whole space is very quiet. There are a couple of great pubs close.

About me:
I am a 32 year old Colombian professional working in banking. During the week I work fairly long hours (typically from 8 am to 8 pm) so I am not that much at home.

What I am looking for?
Someone that is looking for a home rather than just a place to sleep and that is happy to share a meal/glass of wine and hang sometimes but also likes having his/her own time/space. Someone that is clean and respectful. I am happy for you to bring your friends for dinner, drinks, etc anytime just please be conscious not to keep it too late during the week. I have people visiting sometimes for a few days (not very often, more like 3 or 4 times a year) and obviously I am happy for you to do it too as long as you are not planning to permanently move in your partner.
