2) There's a small park (King George's Field) right on the door step (see pic) and Southwark Park just a couple of minutes further.
3) 5 minute walk to Surrey Quays shopping center with banking facilities, Starbucks etc & a large Tesco Extra which is open till late.
4) Parking available upon request.
5) Leisure center with swimming pool 5 minutes away and 24 hour Puregym 10 mins away.

Bills are £150 per month which includes council tax band b, full fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband, water, electricity & heating.

Ideally looking for a responsible, tidy and clean person. Also has to be a non smoker please as I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke.
