Hi All.

Montreal House in the Maple Quays Development, 3rd floor 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Living/dining area and balcony with views towards the canal. Underground basement with secure bike stores. 24hr concierge on site + 24hr residents gym in the same building (included in monthly rent but an additional one off £25 ID card setup fee.)
Sainsbury's local opposite as is the entrance to Canada Water bus station and tube station on the Jubilee and Overground. Library next door with plaza and street food, another restaurant in the same building, also Canada Water cafe is opposite. Tesco Extra and Surrey Quays shopping centre 5 min walk away.

Living with just me, 37 year old airline pilot so I travel a lot for work. I'm an ex-smoker (now a vaper) and extremely clean and tidy. I'm pretty much OCD with cleanliness and very house proud.

Into my tech so the apartment is fitted out with an Xbox Series X, 65” LG OLED TV + 400kw Dolby Atmos Sound system, Sky Glass, 80mb fibre broadband with dual band wireless, Amazon Echos in every room and also Philips Hue wifi lighting in kitchen, living room, hallway and both bedrooms (all voice controlled by Alexa.) Large bathroom has separate bath and shower, shower has recently been fitted with a new rainfall head including a Bluetooth speaker. Kitchen has Nutribullet, fridge freezer, washer dryer, Nespresso machine, Air Fryer, Breville Hot Cup, new oven and hob and a Tefal Optigrill.

Montreal House has an 8th floor roof garden as well. Southwark park and Stave Hill parks are 5 minutes away and the Thames is a 10 minute walk along the canal (nice pub at the end of the canal right on the river.)

£1150 including all bills (obviously not phone calls on the landline though.)

Furniture in room includes a double bed, large chest of drawers, wardrobe with mirror and a side table and a desk.

Looking for another professional, easygoing but most importantly someone who takes cleanliness and tidiness seriously ;-)
