A bit about me and the apartment,
City scenic apartment Ideal location to work from home, or come home from work to and enjoy the city lights viewed from a stunning glass fronted balcony overlooking the water not forgetting whilst relaxing enjoying our alfresco dining area. Breakfast and dinner here each evening is really special.
I'm a laid back guy, I enjoy cooking, gym, music and when I'm not working I enjoy travelling, so there will be times when I am not around for a few weeks.
I'm just waiting to get back to the norm from Corona around June 2022, I'll be out alot from then on.
I don't mind visitors. I do enjoy to socialise and relax on the balcony and welcome my house mate to enjoy this too.
There are two bathrooms within the property with power showers to unwind , the flat includes all the normal kitchen faculty's but just high spec, dishwasher, oven, oven microwave, fridge freezer, flush hob etc. There is also a washer dryer.
This whole apartment has incredible views across Docklands / Canary Wharf (as you will see in the pictures). The double room has, luxury wooden built in wardrobes and a super comfy double bed, there is also a private entrance to the balcony directly from the bedroom.
I rarely have any visitors and if any, they're always incredibly considerate. Don't mind guests at sensible hours or respectful when late.
The apartment has two bathrooms within the property with waterfall power showers to unwind and relax in bliss. The bathroom is also set in floor to ceiling gorgeous black marble!
I have had an incredible time living in this area and would welcome the right person to share this experience with me.
