The apartment is located in Canary Wharf, 3-4 mins bus ride from Canary Wharf station. Bus stop is just right outside the apartment, 1 min walk to local GP and corner shops, within 10 min walk to Tesco.
The new tenant will be sharing the living room and kitchen with another flatmate. You will have your own toilet and bathroom with bathtub.
The rent is £890 pcm, bill+ council tax will be another £140 pcm based on my experience. The new tenant will be required to sign a tenancy contract with the house agent and pay deposit.
