We are 2 friends, Emily and Mike, who are often overseas for work.
We are renting out 1 of the 3 bedrooms in the house.
It is our home, so we do ask that you treat it with respect, thank you.
You will be sharing the house full-time with one other single, working professional.
There is a shared bathroom.

The third bedroom and ensuite We are keeping for when one or both of us are back in London. We both travel a lot for work.
Please note that you will be a lodger not a tenant as you will be living with the landlord (when they are not away with work).

Working professional, very clean and tidy, quiet lodger.
This is not a party house. We are NOT out late during the week.
Although there is a cleaner, we do expect you to clean a space if you use it. We do have a rota for light chores.
