Hello, I have a spacious double bedroom available in a modern, two-bedroom flat close to Limehouse station (5mins to Bank) and within walking distance to Canary Wharf. Located within a safe development with a porter, the flat offers bright interiors in excellent condition.
 
The available bedroom is fully furnished, offers plenty of space and has a large built in wardrobe offering lots of storage.
The living room is an open plan design with a fully equipped, modern kitchen and has direct access to balcony providing fresh air in the summer months (and a rooftop terrace!). There is one clean bathroom in the flat which comes with a built in bath. Entrance hall offers additional storage with the purpose-built storage cupboard.

The flat is near big Lidl and is in close proximity to parks, canal, Limehouse basin and plenty of gyms.
 
I am looking for a clean and respectful flatmate who is ready to move in on or after 15th March 2025. The lease is available for 7 months until October 2025 (with a possibility to extend).
 
In terms of myself, I am a 26 year old software engineer who will be working at least twice a week from the city office. I consider myself to be clean and easy going, and would be keen to find someone who is on the same page to share this flat with.
