- council tax £80 per person
- electricity £70 per person (this changes based on the time of the year
- gas supply is provided by the communal system of the building (not for residents to pay)
- water is managed and paid by landlord.

Rent
- current rent £2400 per month (whole flat) £1200 per person.

Transports Minutes (6-10) walk from:
- Jubilee Line Canary Wharf
- Elizabeth Line Canary Wharf
- DLR (Canary Wharf, Heron Ques)
- More DLR stops if you don't mind walking 10-15 mins.
