Stunning Double Ensuite + best views and flatmates

Hello! We are Caterina and Ashni!
Unfortunately our amazing flatmate Claudio is moving out for his phd, we're looking for a third person to take his room!

Us:
We're both clean, friendly, ambitious and respectful people. We tend to host dinners occasionally for friends/family so is always a very friendly, open and considerate atmosphere! Most days if we dont have plans, we like to chat/catchup in evenings and hang out watching films, pubs, painting but are equally respectful of one anothers private life etc.

Caterina works days 4 a week as a manager for Amazon and home on the other days if shes not travelling, Ashni has just left her job to work at an architectural startup so is currently working from home most days if not working from a coffee shop or friends house.

Flat:
The flat is very spacious, has beautiful views over London. Sunset is particularly stunning and we always run out to watch it set. The balcony is a wrap around so you get views from greenwhich to the edge of canary wharf - we all have access to the balcony via our rooms. It comes with its own gym too open from 6am till midnight.
Bills include: water, wifi (1gb), electricity, council tax, heating so this amounts too approx £150 give or take £50 depending on our useage per month.

We're looking for someone who is clean, friendly and respectful to add to the dynamic of the flat!

We would prefer a male to move in as we find it balances the dynamic of 2 gals quite nicely, however are open to girls too should we feel we get on nicely!
