Canary Wharf - Balcony Room

Hey all I’m leaving my current place due to work relocation but I’ve loved it here and wouldn’t really want to leave.

The flat mates are great, everyone is clean and considerate and I usually get the whole place to myself!!

The balcony is great and perfect for the summer.

It comes with a bed, wardrobe (has a loose hinge, which I’ve notified the managing agent about) chest of drawers (which are loose aswell which I’ve notified managing agent about) small drawers, side table, shoe tower, bed + mattress and large shelving unit.

Council tax is not included but is not expensive and is payed on renewal. Everything else is though.

Cleaner comes every week on a Thursday to do communal areas, this is included in the service charge.

This is a concierge building with a gym and it’s always well kept!

The most amazing views and you’re a very short walk from the Elizabeth line and jubilee line.
