I’m moving into a modern, river-facing two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Canary Wharf. You’ll have a private bathroom all to yourself as I have the en suite so no sharing required. The room comes fitted with a queen bed, a large wardrobe and shelves.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and definitely one of the nicer places you’ll come across in the area. The flat is located in an apartment complex with a huge gym, pool, sauna room, spin room, boxing room, and workspaces (all included in the rent). The place also hosts free fitness classes that you can sign up for on the app.

Rent is £1,300 pcm, with bills coming to around £250 covering council tax, electricity, etc.

The apartment is located next to the river approximately 15 mins from the Canary Wharf tube station and 10 mins from Blackwall DLR station.

You’ll be sharing the place with me, a 32-year-old Cambridge grad currently working in Pharma Strategy. I’m easy-going and tidy, and like to keep the flat a relaxed, comfortable space. I’m sociable but also respectful of privacy.
