Sadly my flatmate is moving abroad and we are looking for someone to take her room, initially for 4 months when the contract is renewed with the new person.
The flat is in the seventh floor of a 2000s building with concierge 24/7, with a friendly and responsive landlord. The area is well connected with 2 DLR stations under 5 min walk, jubilee line 10 min and Elizabeth line 15 min. We also have a tesco in the ground floor, near co-op, asda and Asian stores.
The rent includes water and heating, additional we split bills: council tax, energy and WiFi aprox £160 each of us, subject to be adjusted in March.
I'm Leo, I'll be your flatmate, I'm a colombian engineer working in the office most days with exceptional wfh. We are looking for a clean, tidy, non-smoker person interested in being in the new contract from July.
