A cozy, fully furnished double room is available in a modern 2-bed apartment near Canary Wharf.

The location is super convenient about a 10-minute walk to Canary Wharf. There’s a Tesco right downstairs and the shopping mall nearby for pretty much everything. The landlord is genuinely great and very responsive if anything is needed.

Transport is really easy:
• 10 mins to Elizabeth Line & Jubilee Line
• Close to Blackwall, Poplar & All Saints DLR
• Around 15 mins into the City
• Right next to Cycleway 3 if you cycle

The flat has an open-plan kitchen/living room with dishwasher + oven, and a big balcony overlooking Canary Wharf. The living room is bright and a nice space to chill after work. The bedroom won’t fit a desk, but there's suffiicient space in the living room for a desk setup!

You’ll be living with me: I’m a 29-year-old Dutch-Hong Kongese Product Manager. I work from home most of the week. Outside work I’m usually watching football, playing tennis on weekends, trying new Cantonese recipes or restaurants, or going to the gym to stay fit. I like the flat to feel like a calm home, down for a chat, but also respectful of personal space.

Looking for someone who is:
• Clean and considerate
• Fairly quiet
• Not looking to host house parties

• No couples / no pets (just not enough space, sorry!)
