Hi! I’m a current flatmate looking for a female flatmate to join me in a 2-bedroom riverside apartment with a lovely river view.

🚇 Closest Tube: Canary Wharf (Jubilee & Elizabeth Line)

💰 Rent: £1250 per month (bills not included)

Estimated monthly costs:
• Water: Included in the rent
• WiFi: £29 total (£14.50 each)
• Other bills: Around £70–£80 recently due to winter usage — likely lower going forward
• Council Tax: £105 per person

🛏 Room details:
The available bedroom has a separate bathroom located right outside the room, which would primarily be for your use. I stay in the ensuite bedroom, so the bathrooms are not shared.

🗓 Lease: Looking to extend for 3 months (April 1st – end of June)for now. After that, I’ll know whether I’m staying longer and the lease can be extended accordingly.
