Looking for a flatmate to buddy up for 2-bed

Hey! I’m 24 and working full-time as a data engineer near Liverpool Street (mix of office + WFH).

I’m currently looking for someone to buddy up with to find a 2-bed flat. This isn’t a room that’s already secured, the idea is to team up, go to viewings together and lock something in.

I’ve got a bunch of viewings lined up this week:
• Wednesday: a few places around Canary Wharf
• Thursday: the flat in this ad (Canary Wharf)
• Friday: Shoreditch
• Saturday: Southwark

Happy to share links to everything I’m viewing so you can get a feel for the kind of places.

I’m mainly looking in Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Borough, Angel, Islington, King’s Cross, Paddington, Bayswater, Notting Hill, South Kensington, Earl’s Court, West Brompton and nearby areas. Open to others too if it’s a good fit.

My budget is up to £1.3k. So the flats I’m viewing are around £2.2k-£2.5k. ideally for a 2 bed / 2 bath if we can find one.

About me: easygoing, tidy, and pretty chilled during the week. I like having a friendly flat where we can chat, maybe grab a pint now and then, but also do our own thing. Recently got into padel, and I’m usually out occasionally or just reading/relaxing.

Looking for someone around a similar age (mid 20s), working professional, clean, and on the same wavelength in terms of vibe.
