Bright double room in a beautiful East London flat

Our current flatmate is moving out, so we're looking for another girl to share our homely flat with! The room is available from 11th December 2021.
The flat is in a great location in East London. Canning Town station(Jubilee line, DLR) is about 1 minute walk away, with a big Morrison’s, Co-op, Superdrug, two gyms and other amenities all based within the building or on the near by Barking Road. Ideal if you work in central London, as your commute will be max 25 mins!

The flat is very spacious with a large kitchen and lounge area, as well as a nice big balcony. We pride ourselves in keeping it clean and tidy, so we're looking for someone who'd be happy to help us look after it.

Your room comes furnished with a double bed, drawers, mirror, bedside cabinet and you’ll have your own big storage and wardrobe space (clothing rail included, which is not shown in the picture).

Current tenant also has a new IKEA desk in the room which can be kept for free, if you wish.

You'll share the main bathroom with just one other girl, as one of the other rooms has an en-suite. There's also another toilet downstairs.

A bit about the current flatmates:
We're two girls in our mid-twenties, both fairly busy professionals. Ideally we'd love to share the flat with someone in a similar age range.

We mostly do our own thing, but also enjoy having dinner and binging on series together every now and then.

Bills are not included in the rent and usually come to about £120 per person each month, which makes this an absolute bargain!

Contract for the apartment as a whole ends 21 June 2022 but there is the option of renewing if you wish.
