Looking for a room mate in family house

-The flat is 15 min walk from the Emirates cable car (canning town).

-10 min walk to the Canning Town station. Few stop to Canary Wharf.

The room has installed a spacious wardrobe next to the desk. Also, there is space under the bed too. The female is preferred but also male would be considered.

We live 3 of us - 2 professionals and 1 one year child.

We would be happy to live with a professional person who likes quiet after work and respect other people privacy. We are friendly people who like a tidy home.

As you notice, we have a toddler, so we use the living room as a playground.

The kitchen is small but enough space to cook and eat.

We have two toilets, one bath (The property has two floors but it's a flat).
