There is a living room, balcony and the shared kitchen comes with all the appliances and household stuff. The heating/ electricity bill will be extra and it is split with the household.
It is spacious and has a great view and is within a 3 minute walk to the Canning Town station with DLR and Jubilee connectivity. There is a Sainsbury's, Morrison's and a McDonald's all within 5 minutes walking.
I would prefer someone who has a guarantor of their own. Couples can enquire. Move in available from 1st May.
