Lovely room in Canning Town, close to station

We have a large living room, separate kitchen and modern bathroom with bath and shower. We also have a large garden at the back with a shed, perfect for storing bikes etc.

The rent is £710 pcm for the smaller room (fits a double bed, the bed shown in photo is a small double, and has shelves along the wall for lots of storage) and £830 for the larger room, which has a built in closet.
Rent is excluding bills, which come to approx £100 (gas, electric, internet and council tax). It will be unfurnished as the furniture in photos belongs to the tenants.

The house is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from Canning Town station which has jubilee and dlr lines, where you can get to central london in 10 mins! Victoria docks is 15 mins walk down the road with stunning views and sunsets over Canary Wharf.

The vibe is super friendly and we enjoy relaxing in the evenings having a good natter or watching TV together, but also appreciate our own space.

There is Morrisons and sainsburys down the street which is really convenient, and there are nice local bars, cafes, restaurants and breweries around Canning Town as well as climbing and yoga centres down the road.
