Looking for a flatmate

My flatmate and I are moving into a spacious 3BHK just a minute away from Canning Town station (Jubilee & DLR) — super well-connected and only 15 minutes from Central London. The flat will be available from 13th October.

The area is great — you've got Lidl, Morrisons, and Tian Tian literally around the corner, plus loads of cafes, fast food spots, and nice bars for a sundowner.

We’re two working professionals Indian women and looking for a third flatmate who's clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. We love going out, exploring new places, and are always up for a chat, but also value downtime and a peaceful home. It’s definitely not a party flat, but having friends over is totally cool — just give us a heads-up!

It’s a fully furnished double bedroom(so is the apartment) on the 14th floor(so amazing views!) and comes with a shared bathroom. Additional bills generally costs £150 and can even be less in summers. The flat comes with access to gym, terrace, shared office working space(one entire floor and very convenient for WFH days and when you want to have an important meeting) the building and 24*7 concierge. The management organises parties for various festivals here and then.
