Hello I am Sherry and I have a cat named Lizzie Lemon, she is a 7 year old British Shorthair, she is a sweet indoor cat who is quiet and chilled. I am a female working professional in her 30s and I work at a university. I mostly work onsite with occasional days working from home. We currently live in the Fizzy E16 building in Canning Town (1 min walk from the station), in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat (with a storage room that is bigger than Harry Potter's cupboard).

We are looking for:
A nice flatmate to take over the en-suite double bedroom from our current flatmate - they need to move to a different city as a career decision. The price is £2650 to be split between us bills not included.

Fizzy building is built for renters so the management is the landlord and they are onsite. The flat is fully furnished, has a co-working space, a mini gym, and monthly social events organised by the building. The video was filmed by the management when the building was just finished before the flat got occupied by life.

The bills worked out as about £220 per person per month including: hot water+ heating =£50, council tax + electricity= 150, cold water =£20

We love food - we would love to have someone who loves food too! We can discuss buying a TV together if we want TV/movie nights.
