Hey there! I’m heading off on a wonderful four month adventure, and I am looking for a lovely, reliable persob to enjoy my gorgeous en-suite room while I'm away. This is a super simple, all inclusive short term arrangement, and I’m looking for someone who will be comfortable in our clean and friendly home. We have a huge love for some wine, reality TV, or honestly, anything you want! The room itself is wonderfully comfortable, and you'll have your own fantastic, private en suite bathroom no sharing!
Everything is covered: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, and super fast Fibre Broadband. To make your life easier, I've kept the security deposit ridiculously low to help with your upfront costs. I'm ideally looking for someone for a consecutive 3 month period, so please let me know the start and end dates you are interested in! Because I’m only travelling and not moving out, the majority of my furniture and personal belongings will remain in the room.
However, I've worked hard to ensure you have plenty of dedicated, usable space: I’ve emptied a large, generous section of the closet just for your clothes. The bedside table is completely cleared for your bits, the bathroom cabinet and shelving are totally empty for your toiletries, and I will also clear a specific kitchen cupboard and shelf for your food and supplies.

I am looking for a tidy, respectful, and laid-back woman who has her own schedule but is also happy to settle into the space easily. we are a home that loves a cozy night in of wine and tv - so always ahppy to hang.

We are just a quick 4 minute walk from Canning Town station, giving you immediate access to both the Jubilee Line and the DLR. This makes commuting incredibly easy: you're two stops from the massive Stratford City shopping mall, one stop from the O2 Arena, and only two stops from Canary Wharf perfect for all the working folks! Right outside, the vibrant Hallsville Quarter has given us instant access to a massive Lidl and Morrisons, a Pret, Starbucks, Superdrug, three separate gyms, and a bustling high street with all the shopping you need.
