Hi there!
I am looking for a new flatmate to replace me because I have to move back to France and I'm so sad to be leaving this amazing house!

ABOUT THE FLAT :
We have 1 double room available in a lovely three-person house. The house is ideally located between Highbury and Islington (15 min walk) and Dalston Junction / Canonbury (10 min walk). It is also close to Angel and Stoke Newington. Bus stop in front of the house : 73, 38, 341, 56

The house has two floors which makes it feel nice and spacious as well as quiet! The kitchen is an open plan fully equipped (dishwasher, huge fridge, wine cellar, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine) with a really sweet terrace out the front (included BBQ), which gets a lot of use in the summer months! The living room is used for movie nights or as a guest room for visitors.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES :
You’d be living with my lovely flatmates, 25-26yo, from France and America who are always in a good mood.!
Victoire works as an auditor at Deloitte, likes sports (biking, swimming) and spending quality time with friends. She is always motivated by a glass of wine/a good beer!
Rowan is MSc student, studying social policy at LSE. She loves good coffee, learning languages, and exploring London! She is vegetarian, so if you're also, you're welcome!
We’re looking for a fun, sociable and tidy young professional/student to join our house and help make it feel like home! We’d like someone chilled but equally up for a good time and who is keen to get involved in the house!

Move-in date is flexible in November/early December. Rent is £850 per month.
Deposit is £990 and bills average out at about £100 a month (per person)
