Larger double bedroom

2 bedrooms available in a three-bed, two-bathroom maisonette! All bills included (sky, fortnightly cleaner etc) Both bedrooms available for move-in immediately.

The Flat:
The flat has a large kitchen with an 8 top burner stove, double oven and large dining table; a large lounge room with a 6-seater couch and big tv; and a spacious private outdoor patio which gets amazing sun during summer making for great BBQ’s and tanning! There is also plenty of storage throughout the flat.

The Rooms:
The large room is a very spacious (7m +/- x 4m +/-), and comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a small side table. You will be sharing the upstairs bathroom (pictured) with Alex.

The smaller double also comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, side table and wardrobe overlooking a small local park. You have your own downstairs shower/toilet.

The Flatmate:
Hi! I'm Alex, I'm from Canada and work in digital events and have been in London for 4 years now. I'm working from home for the forseeable and then will be going into the office part-time when everything reopens (hopefully sooner than later!). I love cooking, a cheeky glass of wine/gin, reading, netflix, and staying active.

Sadly because of various reasons related to the pandemic, two of my flatmates had to move out. We all became quite good friends and enjoyed hanging out together, cooking meals, having drinks and watching tv (but also respecting each others space when needed!) I am looking for a similiar vibe with new flatmates where we get on and can socialise rather than being just ships passing.

The flat is kept homely, clean and tidy – I'm very house proud and respectful/considerate with noise and looking for someone similar!

The Location:
There is easy access to the Overground, Northern and Victoria lines; Canonbury (5 min walk) Highbury & Islington (10 min walk) Angel (15 min walk), as well as bus links (73, 38 etc). It’s located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood close to lots of shops, restaurants, and parks such as Clissold and Highbury Fields.
