There is private parking out the front for immediate access, with a residential parking permit available for request.

The room comes equipped with a super king size Leesa bed and very spacious closet. The room has large windows which look out onto an amazing private garden area, bathing the room with natural light. As seen in photos, the internet router is located in the room, perfect for connecting your laptop or work station directly to the router for reliable, high speed internet. Being next to the bedroom, the windows and door open up to the shared garden, allowing direct access. I'm currently looking for a new flatmate which is ideally a fellow young working professional with a friendly, laid back attitude.
