I'm moving out and am looking for someone to take over my room. The sublet would be through January with a potential lease takeover then.
Also open to shorter term sublets, ideally at least through September.
The room:
On the 2nd floor of a townhouse with 4 total flatmates. Beautiful light. Lots of space. You'll have the floor to yourself with a bathroom (with a large bath and excellent shower) right next door. Along a main road but double-glazed windows means it's very quiet. Garden space. Large kitchen on the ground floor.
Location: 5 minutes from Canonbury Overground, 15 minute walk from Highbury Islington station and Dalston Junction. Walking distance from hearts of Angel, Dalston, Islington, Stoke Newington, De Beauvoir.
Flatmates are generally quiet, neat, and keep to themselves, only sharing kitchen space. This is a relaxed, creative-leaning international household sharing with 4 others (2 guys and 2 girls) hailing from the US, UK, China, and Ukraine.
Contract is month-to-month. All bills & internet included. Move in date is flexible. Please feel free to ask any more questions if interested!
