Looking for creative souls for Canonbury home

Hi there!

I'm a freelance management consultant, chef and pianist, looking to make an awesome home with one or two others. I'm currently lodging in a flat (house?) in Canonbury but the main tenants are looking to move out within the next two months. I'd love to stay on here and find people to join me. I'm not 100% sure on what the new rent will be but hopefully not more than what I've advertised.

My place is in a sweet spot between Highbury and Islington station and Canonbury (overground) station. It really couldn't be a more idyllic location - peaceful, green and with quick access to Upper Street in Islington, Stoke Newington, Dalston, etc.

THE PROPERTY

The two rooms on offer are on the first floor (I'm on basement/ground), with one facing west and the other facing east. You would be sharing a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The bedrooms come with beds, not too sure what furniture will remain. I'll try add some photos of the rooms soon.

Most of the furniture in the living room belongs to the other tenants so there'd be an opportunity to reimagine and refurnish the space.

THE SPACE & VIBES

I'm hoping to use the shared living room for a few social activities, like dinners and playing the piano/occasional jam sessions. I'm very big on cooking - I worked full-time at Padella last year - and would love to live with other people who love cooking, or who love music!

Feel free to use the space too.

There is also a garden for year-round braais (elevated bbqs) and sunny brunches.

TIMINGS - April move-in

My housemates are currently finalising things with their (accepted) offer on a house, so will be moving out imminently. I can't give an exact date so it would be great if you had flexibility. It's not likely to be before early April though.
