One of our flatmates is moving out and we are on the hunt for a new flatmate (and hopeful friend) to join us! Long term lease (12 months)

📍 Highbury (15 min walk to Angel!)
📍Available to move in 1st April, but need confirmation of move in 1st March to allow for the landlord to complete reference checks :)
📍£963 a month, plus bills (~£100)
📍Deposit of 4 weeks rent

1 x furnished double room in a 3 bed flat. You would be sharing with me (26) and Mathilde (24). Both Mathilde and I have been living here for the past year and have loved it, making wonderful friends with each other. We are looking for someone to be a part of the flat instead of just a flatmate 🤍.

About us:
We’re very tidy and take good care of the flat. Respect each other’s space as we all work full time, but equally enjoy the occasional night out and time together on weekends/eating together + tv during the week ✨💕

🏡The flat:
Double room, access to a small private balcony, a very large terrace shared with the rest of the building, and an outdoor shed for storing bikes. There is also great storage including built in wardrobes in all rooms (the room advertised comes with access to an additional cupboard just outside of their room also!), 3 person shared bathroom, dishwasher and dryer. The landlord is very good and is quick to resolve any issues and fix anything broken.

12 min walk to Tesco express

🚆 Transport:
Canonbury station (overground) - 6 mins
BUS - multiple within 5-10 minutes walk
TUBE - 12 min walk to Highbury & Islington (Victoria line, just one stop away from Kings Cross so easy access to Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Northern and Piccadilly).
& 20 min walk to Angel station (Central line)
