Artsy 1-bed flat in canonbury/de Beauvoir - sublet

I am subletting my 1-bed flat in canonbury /de Beauvoir for 1 month between 12th of march and 12th of April.
The flat is ideally located in a quiet area just off balls pond road, Essex road and Southgate road. You have access to the overground (dalston junction / canonbury / dalston kings land - 10 min walk), victoria line (15 min walk) and direct access to busses 73, 38, 341, 76, 141, 56, 476, 30 within 1min walk from the flat getting you to anywhere in central London in 30-45 min. The flat is very well maintained and as I am collecting paintings, there is a lot of interesting art in the flat. I am looking for someone who appreciates the flat and is happy to look after it for while I am gone. In case of any issues, my friends are living around the corner and are happy to help!
