The house...
Our lovely 3 story Victorian house in an amazing location. We are 1 minute walk from Canonbury overground and about 10 minutes to Highbury & Islington. It’s a great area with lots of nice pubs and shops, and Clissold Park and Newington Green just round the corner.

The room...
The room is large and bright with 2 big windows and a built-in wardrobe (shelves on one side and hanging space on the other). It comes unfurnished, but the current furniture can be purchased from the departing tenant. 

The rest of the house is very spacious with a fully fitted kitchen and nice living area to relax (we only try to work from there occasionally), as well as a lovely leafy garden at the back with table + bbq. It also has 2 bathrooms (one on each floor) and a 3rd separate toilet.

About you...
The ideal housemate would be a female, and late 20s to mid 30s to keep the balance. A working professional, clean and respectful of the house. Most importantly a friendly, comfortable person who is interested in having a chat and being part of the house. We occasionally head to the pub together, or might go watch a game (or traitors), but everyone generally has fairly busy and separate social lives.

Bills… 

Bills come to approximately £150 per month including a bi-weekly cleaner.
