10 week sublet in friendly De Beauvoir flat 💕

Hello!

Me, Ryley, and Emily (28 27, and 29) have been living together since I moved in around 6 months ago and I’m leaving my beloved room to move home for the spring months. (Ryley joined our flat a few weeks ago!). We all met through spareroom/friendz of friends and we work in jewellery, law, and hospitality ☺️. We’re looking for a new flatmate to join the house and fill my room (top floor, largest room in the flat).

We are walking distance from Angel (15 mins), and Highbury & Islington (15minutes) and have a bus stop literally right outside the door :) there’s loads of shops around (i could throw a stone and hit Tesco) and also close to the canal, De Beauvoir centre (the De Beauvoir arms is our local) and Camden passage.

We are social and like to go to the pub and catch up but we also love our chill evenings at home, a nice dinner or movie night or just our own space :)

Everyone is welcome, LGTBQ+ friendly, safe space for women!

No pets and no couples though sorry!

It’s available from 16 March until 25 May, but I can be flexible on move in dates! The sublet is for 10 weeks - I’m hoping to come back at the end of May - but I can be flexible. We’re a social house, and my lovely flatmates are looking for a friend as well as a roommate 💕, so it would be great to have someone stay for the whole time.

We’re an international house, Ryley is Aussie, and Emily is from NZ, so very open to meeting new people from new places.
