A lovely double bedroom with en suite bathroom in a large fully furnished house. The room is currently vacant and we are looking to fill it in time for the next rent cycle which starts 6th June. Monthly rent is £1,090 and the deposit is £1,395.

The house has a lovely communal sitting room, dining room and kitchen. Has all the usual amenities including fast broadband and cleaner etc.

You will be sharing with three friendly busy professionals. Chris works in investment advisory, Georgina works in recruitment, and Victoria is a doctor. We are looking for someone similar who is happy doing their own thing but also likes to share a glass of wine and socialise when they are in.

The flat is located in a secure, quiet, private courtyard in Canonbury and just off of Upper Street.

The room on offer is a double room with lots of built-in storage and you will have your own bathroom.

5 mins walk to Highbury & Islington station; 5 mins walk to Essex Road Station; 10 mins walk to Angel station; bus stops on Upper Street with multiple bus routes one minute walk from front door.

Bills are not included but range from approx £100-£115 per month - and include council tax, internet and fortnightly cleaner. Gas, electricity is quarterly and water 6-monthly, which add a bit more to the overall monthly amount.
