Bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub and plenty of storage.

Room is £960 without bills. Roughly all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband) come to around £200 a month, this is subject to change depending on different tariffs.

We have been living here for 2 years, sadly one of us is leaving, hence this ad!
We are pretty easy going, we like hanging out together but we also enjoy our own space.
