The room

Single room fully furnished available for £300 per month plus bills. The house has 4 rooms and 3 tenants (3 women), equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub, living room, huge garden, storage area in the loft and friendly flatmates who are always up for a chat while respecting your privacy. Situated in a quiet street, but close to everything.

Travel: Zone 3, On the corner bus stop with 4 lines bringing you to Catford and Catford Bridge stations (or you can walk in 15 minutes), from there London Bridge is 15 minutes by train. The night bus stops on the same corner. Or in 10 minutes walk you reach Catford Centre bus stops with about 20 bus lines.

Shopping: Off licences, Coop and various takeaways on the corner, in 10 minutes walk at Catford Centre we have Tesco, Lidl, Iceland, Aldi, Argos, KFC, pubs, etc. Proper high street.

Flatmates: Julia from Poland, Zanna from Latvia, and Bruna from Brazil. The household is generally quiet. We rent the whole house for 7 years and share the costs and tasks, it's not just accommodation, it's our home.

Bills are shared equally and paid at the end of the month along with the rent (£380ish total including bradband). To move in we need 1 month rent and 1 month deposit (£600 in total) or partial if during the month.
