First bedroom

So a little bit about the house:
It is about a ten minute walk from Catford/Catford Bridge Station(15 minutes to London Bridge!). There is also a bus stop right outside (171 and 185). Catford Town centre is an easy walk, with a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. We also have a cinema coming soon!

There is on-street parking, but we do have our own driveway so if you have a car this is perfect.

The bedroom will be on the ground floor with a good view of the garden.
The room will come with a double bed but can come completely unfurnished if needed.

There is a well equipped kitchen with all the essentials, two freezers, large fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and washing machine.

There are two bathrooms and a shower room, meaning there is rarely a wait to use them.
There is also access to a shared living room.

All housemates are friendly working professionals, who appreciate the need for a quiet home. But we do get together sometimes to cook a meal or chat over a cuppa. So there's a nice mix of socialising and private space.

The bills come in at around £55-£60 a month. The latter amount usually around winter time.
