Guy for D'Room in relaxed house with 2 guys & Dog

My partner and me are looking for a relaxed and considerate housemate to share our nice home we have in Catford. Close to the park and transport (bus at the end of the road and Catford Bridge a short walk) our nice home has a double room spare that is downstairs next to the shared lounge. Me and my partner have the double upstairs and our own lounge next to that so lots of space for you.
A neat bathroom and compact kitchen we keep clean and tidy and like to cook and share and relax. We have a nice garden and like to grow veg and flowers and be able to sit out and enjoy. Our small dog Chico lives here and so you would need to be happy to have a polite and very handsome dog about. He would be no bother.
I smoke but only outside and my partner is Brazilian and does not smoke. I work long hours as a senior teacher and my partner works as handyman and cleaner. We have been in Catford for years but in this house only two. We enjoy living here. We would like to have someone open minded and friendly as we are hard-working adults who need and want to feel relaxed and calm at home.
We are looking for a single guy housemate. Ideally someone who is looking for the security of a year contract with a 6-month break clause. £600 includes rent and bills which we manage and is a good price! Come to meet us and see the house – best Saturdays
